Binding is intact, however one area has a light crack. Pages are clean and crisp, but as expected, yellowing with age. Gray boards with black spine with gilt lettering. One dot on bottom of page edges. Spine has slight lean. Top of spine has small area that has some fraying. Some rubbed areas on covers.
